About the Role
Pioneer Selection is recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Banbury, Oxfordshire, on a contract basis. You will join an established and growing engineering team, supporting electrical maintenance and reliable equipment operation. This role offers a salary of £60,000 and involves working 40 hours per week across a four-shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on equipment.
- Investigate electrical faults and complete repairs to help minimise downtime.
- Support safe, reliable equipment operation through routine checks and maintenance.
- Work with engineering colleagues to resolve maintenance issues and identify improvements.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and communicate outstanding work during shift handovers.
What You'll Need
- Relevant electrical engineering or maintenance knowledge and practical experience.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A safety-conscious approach to maintenance work.
- A motivated attitude and the ability to work effectively within an engineering team.
- Availability to work the stated shift pattern, including nights.
