About the Role
National Learning Group is seeking an Education Lead for NLG Pathways in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear. This permanent role offers an opportunity to lead education and curriculum provision within a supportive, values-driven team. The position is term time only plus 10 additional days, with working hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, and a start date of 1 December 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for education and curriculum provision at NLG Pathways.
- Support curriculum planning and development to meet learners’ needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote effective teaching and learning.
- Review curriculum delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to a supportive learning environment that reflects the team’s values.
What You'll Need
- Relevant experience in education, with the ability to support curriculum leadership.
- An understanding of curriculum planning and effective teaching practice.
- Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
- The organisational skills to coordinate educational priorities.
- A commitment to professional development and supporting learners.
- An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
