About the Role
Ocho is recruiting a DevOps Engineer for a permanent role in Belfast with a client developing a next-generation cloud security platform. The platform uses runtime context to identify and prioritise critical risks, supporting precise and efficient cloud security management. You will join a small, close-knit DevOps team delivering CI/CD and scalable infrastructure across the business, working with technologies including Kubernetes, Terraform, Argo, Helm and Elasticsearch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software delivery.
- Build, manage and improve scalable cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Support containerised workloads and deployments using Kubernetes, Helm and Argo.
- Contribute Azure and/or GCP expertise alongside an existing AWS-focused DevOps engineer.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to improve infrastructure reliability and deployment processes.
What You'll Need
- Strong experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Practical experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure and CI/CD delivery.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerised application environments.
- Knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as Argo, Helm and Elasticsearch.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to contribute effectively within a small team.
