Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the children’s home, helping maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
- Guide and support staff to provide consistent, thoughtful care for young people.
- Build positive relationships with young people and respond to their individual needs.
- Help maintain safeguarding standards and follow the home’s policies and procedures.
- Work with the wider team to support young people’s wellbeing and recognise their progress.
