Love being on the move, meeting new people and delivering outstanding service every day?

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
At Ocado Logistics, our Customer Service Team Members do far more than simply deliver groceries.
They are the trusted face of our business, helping create thousands of positive customer experiences every week. Whether it's delivering a family's weekly shop, helping a customer with their bags, or simply arriving on time with a friendly smile, our CSTMs play a vital role in building the relationships that keep customers choosing Ocado.
While other companies may call this a Delivery Driver role, we see it differently.
Our Customer Service Team Members combine safe, professional driving with genuine customer care. Every delivery is an opportunity to make somebody's day a little easier and a little better.
You'll work independently on the road, supported by industry-leading technology that plans your routes and pre-loads your van, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering great service safely, efficiently and with a positive attitude.
Every day you'll interact with different customers, deliver outstanding service and play an important role in communities across the region.
Rain or shine, you'll be out and about making a difference to our customers, one delivery at a time.
And yes, you'll still get to choose the music.
Great Pay and Even Better Benefits
Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns include evenings and weekends.
In return, you'll receive premiums on top of your base pay, increasing average hourly earnings to £14.01 per hour.
You can also boost your earnings further through enhanced overtime rates, helping fund those special occasions or simply giving you extra flexibility.
Better still, all your breaks are paid, meaning every minute you're at work, you're getting paid.
That's a great deal.
(Everyone's shifts will vary, but more information is included below to help you understand what your working pattern could look like.)
