Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Salesforce CRM Transformation Lead for our IT and Digital Services team on a full time, permanent basis, although 0.8 FTE and flexible working would be considered. Based across our four leafy, easily commutable campuses with free on site parking and hybrid working this role offers a salary of between £33,615 (J26) and £36,353 (J29) dependant on qualifications and experience.
CRM Transformation Lead (Salesforce)
We are seeking a driven Salesforce specialist to act as the backbone of our digital future. This is a unique opportunity to function like a startup within an established educational leader, driving a mid implementation project that will transform the entire student and employer journey.
Why Windsor Forest?
Windsor Forest leads the way in technology adoption across UK Further Education. We don't just follow digital trends; we host the conversations that shape them. In 2024 and 2025, our campuses hosted major summits featuring the Government's Chief Technology Officer, Google for Education's UK Team, Salesforce's Senior Director of Education Strategy and Jisc's Director of AI. By joining us, you aren't just managing a CRM, you will be at the heart of a college group that the entire sector looks to for what comes next.
The Role
This is a unique, dynamic role designed for a true Salesforce generalist who loves to wear multiple hats. Acting as the ultimate bridge between our technical implementation partners and our staff, you will be equal parts high level strategist and hands on executioner. We need someone who thrives on variety and who can comfortably pivot from aligning senior leadership on future roadmap goals to jumping directly into the platform to fix a validation rule or clean a dataset. Whether you are configuring complex flows, managing day to day user support, delivering engaging training sessions, or ensuring absolute data integrity, your work will directly impact how our sector thinks about CRM.
New to the education sector? That's absolutely fine! We value industry experience and fresh thinking. We don't expect you to know everything on day one because we value a hunger to learn, a resourceful mindset and a proactive attitude. If you dig into Trailhead for fun, get satisfaction from a flow that finally works, and want your fingerprints on something that shapes a whole sector we want you on our team. You won't be working in a silo. You will have a seat at the table with senior leadership and technical experts to ensure project value, but you will also be our primary, hands on Salesforce builder.
You should apply if you want:
To own, configure and grow a Salesforce platform that is still being built, shaping it from the ground up.
A dynamic, multi skilled role where no two days are the same, shifting seamlessly between platform administration, user support, and long term planning.
To collaborate with a forward thinking digital team, working alongside our AI & Automations Engineer and partnering with the Group Director of MIS, Group Head of Admissions, Executive Director of Technology and Group Head of IT.
To turn complex functionality into intuitive experiences through great training and thoughtful, hands on configuration.
To be a pioneer for CRM led transformation in a sector leading educational environment that prioritises digital innovation.
