About the Role
Nixon McQuade is recruiting a Conveyancing Solicitor on behalf of a growing law firm in Belfast City Centre. This permanent role offers the opportunity to apply your property law expertise and conveyancing experience within an expanding practice. The advertised salary range is £35,000–£45,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage conveyancing matters, progressing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Provide clear legal advice to clients on property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Review and prepare legal documentation relating to property transactions.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors and other parties to resolve queries and progress matters.
- Negotiate on behalf of clients while protecting their interests.
- Maintain accurate files and manage competing priorities and transaction deadlines.
What You'll Need
- Qualification as a solicitor with at least two years of conveyancing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confident negotiation skills and the ability to communicate legal matters clearly.
