About the Role
Pure Staff Driving is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for a contract role supporting a customer based in Worcester, Worcestershire. You will deliver packaging supplies to a variety of customer sites across the region, completing general haulage multi-drop routes. Immediate starts are available for reliable drivers, with day shifts Monday to Friday and typical start times from 07:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regional deliveries of packaging supplies using an HGV Class 2 vehicle.
- Complete multi-drop routes, averaging 8–10 drops.
- Conduct vehicle safety checks and report any defects promptly.
- Handle deliveries safely and complete the associated paperwork accurately.
- Communicate professionally with customers and the transport team.
- Follow road transport regulations, including drivers’ hours and working time requirements.
What You'll Need
- A valid HGV Class 2 driving licence, with the required Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Previous experience driving HGV Class 2 vehicles.
- A reliable approach and good time-management skills.
- The ability to manage multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.
- A professional, customer-focused manner.
- Availability for Monday-to-Friday day shifts, typically starting from 07:00.
