GXO Logistics is looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join its team in Witton, Birmingham, West Midlands. Key Responsibilities
- Drive a Class 2 vehicle safely and professionally, following road traffic laws and transport regulations.
- Complete scheduled deliveries and collections in line with transport instructions.
- Carry out vehicle safety checks and report defects or concerns promptly.
- Ensure loads are secure and follow safe loading and unloading procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and driving records.
- Communicate with the transport team about progress, delays and any issues on the road.
What You'll Need
- A valid HGV Class 2, Category C driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and a digital tachograph card.
- Experience driving Class 2 vehicles professionally.
- A sound understanding of drivers’ hours, tachograph rules and vehicle safety requirements.
- A reliable approach, good communication skills and a commitment to safe working.
