You will contribute to varied building surveying and project management assignments as part of the Manchester team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional building surveying services across a varied range of projects.
- Undertake property inspections and assess building condition and repair requirements.
- Prepare clear reports, technical advice and project documentation.
- Support the planning and delivery of building projects, working with clients and project teams.
- Manage your workload to maintain quality standards and meet agreed timescales.
What You'll Need
- Chartered status in building surveying.
- Relevant experience delivering building surveying services.
- Sound technical knowledge of buildings, construction methods and building defects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly.
- An organised, collaborative approach and the ambition to develop within an established consultancy.
