We are working with a highly regarded and growing multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy based in Central London who are looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team.
The business works across a broad range of Residential and Commercial projects, offering a work load primarily with a project focus but giving candidates who have a professional skillset the chance to utilise this too.
Your workload could include:
Contract Administration
Dilapidations
Technical Due Diligence
Monitoring
Defect Analysis
Specifications
Party Wall matters
Project Management
And much more
The firm are very open minded when it comes to your background and previous experience. Essentially, as long as you are a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), they will be able to provide a workload that aligns with your existing experience, interests and the areas of Building Surveying you want to develop further.
This makes the opportunity particularly attractive for someone looking for a change of environment, greater variety, or more influence over the type of work they are involved in. There is also a very clear pathway for progression, next step Senior, then Associate, Senior Associate and Director. The business are committed to providing a platform to grow and develop within the firm.
MRICS qualification is essential for this position.
Alongside a salary of up to £70k (depending on experience), the successful candidate will receive a bonus and comprehensive benefits package, as well as hybrid working with three days in the office and two days working from home.
There is also a genuine opportunity for career progression. The business operates a merit based approach, meaning progression is based on your performance and the value you bring to the company – not simply the length of time you have spent there.
This is a genuinely excellent opportunity to join a successful consultancy with a strong, colleague first culture. This is reflected in their excellent staff retention, impressive APC pass rates and continued natural growth. xrexnqw
