They operate across the Home Counties, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire and North London, delivering projects through two divisions: Small Works & Frameworks (up to £1m) and Main Contracts (up to £15m). They are now looking to appoint a Qualified Carpenter within their Small Works & Frameworks division, delivering projects up to £1m across frameworks and public sector contracts. The role requires experience across varied project types and refurbishment works, strong technical capability, commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities • Carry out first and second fix carpentry and joinery to a high standard across varied project types • Work safely and in line with site health and safety requirements at all times • Liaise with the Working Foreman/Site Manager regarding progress and materials • Maintain high standards of workmanship and take pride in the finished product • Work flexibly as part of a close-knit site team Skills & Experience • Experience across all project types and general refurbishment works • Strong technical capability and commercial awareness • Highly motivated and a strong team player Qualifications & Requirements • In-date CSCS card supported by a recognised qualification xrexnqw (NVQ, HNC/HND, degree or equivalent) • Full UK driving licence • SSSTS • First Aid at Work • Required to wear company-issued uniform and PPE on site Security, Vetting & Right to Work • Must have full right to work in the UK • Must have been continuously resident in the UK for the past 5 years to meet client vetting requirements • Must be willing to undertake DBS, BPSS or client-led security checks where required • Must be willing to discuss any matters relevant to vetting as part of the process • Must be able to maintain the vetting standards required for regulated sites Salary & Package £38,000 – £42,000 depending on experience Company van + fuel card
