Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the care team during night shifts, helping to maintain consistent standards of care.
- Support residents with their individual needs while respecting their dignity, independence and preferences.
- Help organise the team’s workload and respond to changing priorities throughout the night.
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing and raise any concerns promptly through the appropriate channels.
- Maintain accurate care records and support clear handovers between shifts.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and care home procedures.

- Availability to work night shifts and a willingness to undertake training and development.
