Join All Care as a Care Assistant in Aldershot, Hampshire, helping people remain comfortable and supported in their own homes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support that reflects each individual's needs and preferences.
- Assist with personal care and everyday routines while respecting dignity and privacy.
- Encourage independence and support people's wellbeing at home.
- Offer companionship and build positive, trusting relationships.
- Communicate changes in care needs or wellbeing to the wider care team.
- Follow care plans, maintain accurate records and work in line with safeguarding procedures.
