About the Role
Join Avery Healthcare as a full-time Care Assistant in Guildford, Surrey, and make a positive difference to residents’ lives each day. You’ll bring compassion and dedication to a caring team that values the people who support its residents. Shift times are 07:00–19:30 or 19:30–07:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with their daily care needs, treating each person with dignity and respect.
- Provide reassurance and companionship, helping residents feel comfortable and supported.
- Encourage independence and respond sensitively to individual preferences.
- Work alongside colleagues to deliver consistent, person-centred care.
- Report changes in residents’ needs or wellbeing to the appropriate team member.
- Follow care plans and relevant health, safety and safeguarding procedures.
