Details of a Call Centre Operative
Stafford - ST18
Start time can be anywhere from 6am start - until 6pm finish (Working 8 hours per day)
Monday - Sunday (Any of the 5 days)
Must be willing to work weekends on occasion
£12.71 p/h
Role of a Call Centre Operative
Answering calls from customers and drivers with queries about their deliveries.
Answering calls from their own drivers about road closures or missing items or disputes.
Speaking to customers and drivers regarding failed deliveries
Updating addresses where needed
Requirements of a Call Centre Operative
Call centre experience
Customer service experience
Good knowledge xrexnqw of Microsoft
Basic computer skills
Must be well spoken
