About the Role
Gregory is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join its Technology Team in Cullompton, Devon, on a permanent basis. Working at the intersection of technology and logistics, you will support continuous improvement and help align IT systems with operational needs. You will also contribute to a group-wide IT equipment upgrade designed to modernise and enhance infrastructure across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into clear IT requirements.
- Review existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the planning and delivery of the group-wide IT equipment upgrade.
- Help coordinate testing and validation to ensure changes meet operational requirements.
- Document requirements, processes and system changes to support implementation and ongoing use.
- Communicate with technical and operational teams to support the effective introduction of IT changes.
What You'll Need
