We're recruiting on behalf of a growing luxury hospitality business for a proactive and customer-focused Business Support Coordinator to join their team. You'll play a key role in keeping the day-to-day operation running smoothly, acting as a key link between customers, sales, suppliers and internal teams. From managing customer enquiries and coordinating orders through to supporting key accounts and identifying opportunities to develop relationships, this is a varied role with plenty of scope to take ownership. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, sales support, administration or order processing who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their commercial and account management skills.

Key Responsibilities for a Business Support Coordinator: Act as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers via phone and email. Coordinate customer orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and on time. Resolve stock and system queries and coordinate refunds, collections and returns where required. Support the wider team with customer enquiries, quotations and orders. Take ownership of selected customer accounts as your product and customer knowledge develops. Maintain accurate customer pricing, records and commercial information. Coordinate customer requirements with suppliers and ensure commitments are followed through. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, suppliers and other internal teams to keep orders and customer requirements on track. Support with credit control and general financial administration where required. Assist with stock audits and counts when required. Identify opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships and support new business opportunities. Look for practical ways to improve processes, reduce errors and enhance the customer experience.
Key Skills for a Business Support Coordinator: Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, ecommerce, order processing or a similar role. Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confident using everyday digital systems and comfortable learning new software. Numerate with a methodical approach to administration and record keeping. Proactive and able to take ownership rather than waiting to be prompted. Comfortable managing a varied workload and prioritising competing demands. A natural team player who enjoys working collaboratively across different departments. Commercially aware with an interest in developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities. Experience with order processing, stock, warehouse, credit control or account support would be beneficial but is not essential. xrexnqw
