About the Role
THE RECRUITMENT FIX LIMITED is recruiting an experienced Audio Visual Technical Project Manager on behalf of a UK audio visual (AV) and unified communications (UC) integrator. You will manage projects delivering reliable, cost-effective solutions for collaboration, presentation and communication spaces. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity listed in Reading, Berkshire, with the client's base in the Slough area. Office-based working is preferred, although hybrid arrangements may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AV and UC projects from initial planning through delivery and handover.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources and technical requirements to support successful installations.
- Liaise with clients and delivery teams to clarify requirements and communicate progress.
- Monitor project budgets, timescales and scope, addressing risks and changes as they arise.
- Oversee technical quality and support testing, commissioning and project documentation.
What You'll Need
- Experience in technical project management within the AV or UC sector.
- A strong understanding of AV and UC solutions for collaboration, presentation and communication environments.
- The ability to coordinate technical teams and manage competing project priorities.
- Clear communication skills and a confident approach to working with clients.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to quality and detail.
- Availability to work from the Slough-area office, with any hybrid arrangement to be discussed.
