Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant General Manager with the daily running of the restaurant.

- Help maintain food quality, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Support team training and development through practical guidance and feedback.
- Help manage staffing, stock and resources to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns professionally, supporting a positive dining experience.
What You'll Need
- Experience supporting or leading a team in hospitality, retail or a similar customer-facing environment.
