About the Role
Join Witherslack Group as an Assistant Psychologist at Oversands School in Grange-over-Sands, Cumbria, working three days per week. This independent specialist day school provides education for boys and girls with a diverse range of complex needs. You will support psychological work that helps young people make positive progress, recognising and celebrating even the smallest achievements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clinicians with psychological assessment and interventions under appropriate supervision.
- Help gather observations and information to understand pupils’ individual needs.
- Work alongside education and clinical colleagues to support young people’s wellbeing and engagement.
- Assist with monitoring progress and reviewing the impact of support provided.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and follow safeguarding procedures.
What You'll Need
