About the Role
Kwik Fit is looking for an Assistant Manager to join its centre in Guisborough, North Yorkshire, on a permanent basis, with a salary of £30,000. You’ll help run the day-to-day centre business, combining your experience in the auto servicing trade with the opportunity to develop your management skills. This role will help prepare you to run your own Kwik Fit Centre when an opportunity arises.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Manager with the day-to-day running of the centre.
- Help organise workloads and coordinate the team to deliver an efficient service.
- Support colleagues with automotive servicing work and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Help customers understand their vehicle servicing needs and respond professionally to queries.
- Promote safe working practices and help keep the workshop organised.
