About the Role
Box Leisure Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK holiday resort operator for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in Boston, Lincolnshire. This contract role offers a salary of £34,999 and the opportunity to support a busy, high-volume food and beverage operation. Working across a variety of outlets, you will take a hands-on approach to service, team development and the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of food and beverage outlets across the resort.
- Lead by example during busy services, helping teams deliver efficient and welcoming hospitality.
- Support and develop team members through practical guidance and coaching.
- Help coordinate staffing and service priorities across different outlets.
- Respond to guest queries and resolve service issues professionally.
- Help maintain food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards.
