Location: Buckinghamshire, Berkshire & SurreySalary: Up to £65,000 basic + Commission & Bonuses, OTE £85,000We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a team of 12 Mortgage & Protection Advisers across the Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Surrey region.This is a management focused leadership role for someone with a proven track record of building and running high-performing mortgage adviser teams. Your focus will be on driving performance, developing talent, and growing the team through effective recruitment, coaching and leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage and motivate a team of 12 Mortgage & Protection Advisers across the regionDrive team performance against targets through regular reviews, coaching and structured performance managementDesign and deliver ongoing training and development programmes to raise adviser capability and case qualityIdentify skills gaps and create individual development plans for advisers at all experience levelsConduct regular one-to-ones, file reviews and quality/compliance checks across the teamAct as the primary escalation point for complex cases, performance issues and team queriesWork closely with senior leadership to shape regional strategy, budgets and growth plansFoster a positive, high-performance team culture that supports retention and engagementEnsure the team consistently meets regulatory and compliance standardsExperience Required:Proven experience managing a sizeable team of Mortgage & Protection AdvisersStrong track record of team xrexnqw recruitment, training and developmentDemonstrable ability to drive performance improvement and hit team targetsCeMAP qualified (or equivalent) preferred, though the focus of this role is management rather than advisingExcellent leadership, coaching and people management skillsConfident communicator, able to influence and build relationships at all levelsStrong understanding of mortgage and protection compliance requirementsA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Surrey area
