About the Role
Start your sales career with EE as an Apprentice Sales Advisor in Sunderland, Tyne & Wear. This permanent role offers the opportunity to develop your customer service and sales skills while helping customers choose mobile, broadband and technology products. During the 15-month apprenticeship, you’ll work towards an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Explain product features, package options and pricing clearly.
- Work towards sales targets while delivering helpful, customer-focused service.
- Build your knowledge of EE’s products, services and current offers.
- Take part in apprenticeship learning and complete the work required for your qualification.
