We are currently recruiting experienced School Cooks to join our busy agency team, supporting schools across Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys preparing nutritious meals for children while maintaining high standards of food safety and service.
The Role:
Preparing and cooking meals in school kitchens Following menus and dietary requirements Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards Managing stock and assisting with kitchen organisation Working as part of a friendly kitchen team Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Cook, Chef, or School Cook Knowledge of food hygiene and allergen awareness Ability to work independently and within a team Reliable, professional, and adaptable attitude Enhanced DBS certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
