Job Type: Permanent, Full-timeSwift Temps are recruiting for an experienced Aftermarket Sales Advisor to join a busy automotive operation in Warrington.This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from vehicle arrival through to completion, working closely with customers, technicians and the wider workshop team to keep repairs moving and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.The RoleYou'll be responsible for:Acting as the main point of contact for key fleet customers and vehicle operatorsManaging vehicles through the repair process from arrival to completionCoordinating with technicians, bodyshop and repair teams to meet agreed SLAsManaging live repair statuses, job cards, parts and costsUsing automotive systems such as 1link, Keyloop or Dragon 2000Reviewing vehicle inspections and preparing accurate repair estimatesObtaining customer authorisation for additional workMonitoring repair costs and supporting the invoicing processIdentifying additional mechanical, bodywork, paint, SMART repair or preventative maintenance requirementsKeeping customers updated throughout the repair processEnsuring records, estimates and job information are accurate and up to dateAbout YouWe're looking for someone with:Previous experience within an automotive dealership, fleet, leasing, bodyshop or vehicle repair environment xrexnqw Hands-on experience using 1link, Keyloop or Dragon 2000 – this is essentialA good understanding of vehicle repair processes, whether mechanical, bodywork, paint or SMART repairExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vehicles and deadlinesStrong attention to detail, particularly around estimates, costs and dataGood communication skills and confidence dealing with customersA com
